Scope of services
FIX Intelligence provides AI strategy, AI development, agent platforms, automation, data engineering, analytics, training, and related technology consulting as a part of FIX Solutions JSC.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business context, authorized data, required approvals, system access, and timely feedback so delivery decisions can be made safely.
AI-assisted delivery
Approved AI tools may support research, engineering, documentation, testing, and analysis. Human professionals remain accountable for review, validation, security, and final delivery decisions.
Confidentiality and data
Customer information is handled according to the applicable agreement, privacy commitments, project restrictions, and agreed security controls.
Deliverables and ownership
Ownership of custom deliverables, source materials, third-party components, model outputs, and pre-existing assets follows the signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
Changes
These terms may be updated as services, regulations, and AI technology evolve. The effective date identifies the current version.
