RESPONSIBLE AI

AI Use Terms

Effective date: September 9, 2026

These AI Use Terms supplement FIX Intelligence service agreements when artificial intelligence is used in client solutions, delivery operations, or managed AI systems.

Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when FIX Intelligence provides or operates AI-enabled services, including AI strategy, agent platforms, automation, software development, machine learning, data processing, OCR, computer vision, and analytics.

AI-assisted delivery

Approved AI tools may support engineering, testing, research, analysis, documentation, design, and delivery operations. AI supports our specialists; professional review, accountability, and delivery ownership remain with the FIX team.

Acceptable use

AI-enabled services must be used for lawful, agreed business purposes. They must not be used to create deceptive activity, infringe rights, bypass security controls, process unauthorized data, or cause foreseeable harm.

Customer responsibilities

Clients are responsible for defining intended use, providing accurate context, confirming rights to supplied data, and informing FIX Intelligence about legal, regulatory, contractual, security, residency, or sector requirements.

Data, privacy, and confidentiality

Customer information is handled according to the applicable agreement, privacy commitments, and agreed security controls. Sensitive, personal, regulated, or proprietary data should be minimized and protected before use with an AI system.

Third-party AI systems

Solutions may use third-party models, APIs, cloud platforms, open-source components, or data services. Their availability, behavior, licensing, provider terms, and security features may change over time.

Human oversight

AI should not be the sole decision-maker for employment, credit, healthcare, legal rights, safety-critical operations, or other high-impact decisions unless suitable controls, testing, transparency, and human review are in place.

AI outputs and limitations

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or similar to content generated for others. Outputs should be validated according to their risk and intended use before reliance, publication, or production release.

Security, IP, and liability

Security controls, access, monitoring, incident handling, ownership, licensing, warranties, remedies, and liability limits are governed by the signed agreement, statement of work, applicable licenses, and FIX Intelligence service terms.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as AI technology, services, and applicable requirements evolve. Questions, project restrictions, or responsible-AI concerns can be sent to [email protected].
